I’ve read these words before,

Been to these magical places,

Opened these mysterious doors.

I’ve seen myself in these words;

Recognized my existence

As I traveled through these world’s.

I’ve felt these emotions;

So strong,

I wouldn’t dare return without caution.

Yet still;

Here I am once more,

Lost in these dark and duck tales,

Fantasies and folklore.

Feeling the same way;

These authors made me feel

Back in the day.

I remember being glued to these pages until my feet got numb!

Lost in storyline and poetic rhyme

And here I am, back to this point in the space-time continuum..

This amazing feeling of looking at my past here in the future,

Keeps me eager to read
