Imagine A Nation. (imagine-nation)

Five steps back through time when a single thought was ignited in a fifteen year old mind.It was the thought to speak.

Not be heard or be seen but to be read.

It was a thought to create a population who could decipher what laid between the lines.

It was a nation founded in this young mind.

An image of the words that lips could not utter and yet screamed out of her mind and into her arms.

She picked up a pen and at that moment she battled her first monster and inked it out. It was gone.

She felt like a different person and saw a different light.

She knew she couldn’t say it, so she wrote it.Every bit of it reflected a piece of her that she was missing.

She looked at what she had built a nation of ink warriors who fought by her side each day. However this perfect world was only a fragment of her imagination.

Once upon a time Written Studios was only a fragment of my imagination. A window that I used to sneak out through when the grief got heavy. Writing was the only way I could let go. Until one day I found myself writing because it revealed a version of me that was hidden for a while.

I appreciate the many writers and followers on this platform. Beautiful souls with different stories to tell. Thank you so much for your support ❤️
